DevOps Automation for Faster and Continuous Product Release

Success won’t come easily unless businesses lay groundwork for it. In the cut throat competition seizing market opportunities is a key challenge for companies. Businesses have diverse IT solutions for ensuring timely product delivery to markets and streamlining operations. But are they effective as they are supposed to be? This question is addressed to C level executives who are in the helm of finance, healthcare and insurance sectors to name a few.

Experts say DevOps is a lean and agile approach intended to capture market opportunities. For that it is necessary to integrate development and operations team to automate processes. The key is behaving like production system where development and QA team work together and perform well before it is ready for deployment. The agile environment helps in enhancing the quality process where innovation is fostered among team members and the whole execution process is streamlined.

While describing about DevOps it is also necessary to understand the difference between ‘agile’ and ‘DevOps’. This is to ensure that prospective organizations need to understand the key difference between the two. Agile is about change in thinking having limited scope. On the contrary DevOps’ scope is broad that spans cultural change with the involvement of all stakeholders involved in IT product delivery. For this, the release managers utilize tools like application release automation and continuous integration tools to attain project goals by emphasizing on continuous delivery approach.

Integration Leads to Standardization

In the same vein, DevOps encourages communication within the team working on the project to analyze gaps and fix the same before the product release. Now the question is how to improve the product quality by standardizing the processes. To understand more on DevOps let us take the example of testing, an important phase in product development. The traditional method of learning from mistakes and stop repeating it is time consuming and expensive. To solve this problem, DevOps approach calls for enhanced communication among the development, business, and testing team right from the planning phase to ensure all the three stakeholders are informed well on the workflow of the new product. To be specific, this means integrating the development environment, test environment, stage environment, and production environment where all stakeholders are headed towards one direction with no hindrance in the workflow. Once the testers are involved right from the day one, the possibilities of identifying and fixing gaps during each sprint are higher. It is at this stage the importance of automation coming as it is vital to ensure standardized processes are automated for the best product quality. The end result is quality product reaching the market at a faster pace.

Functions of DevOps

What are the functions DevOps integrates? For all those who aspire to use this approach need to know the integration of various functions like:

• Continuous integration
• Continuous deployment
• Log management
• Load balancing
• Monitoring
• Infrastructure management

Organizations need to have clear understanding about DevOps automation and how to obtain maximum results through a DevOps approach. For this, it is important to understand continuous monitoring of application and environments hold the key to success of business by improving the code and processes.

Do Businesses Have DevOps Strategy?

Businesses need to have a DevOps strategy to:

• Gauge DevOps business drivers and initiatives of organizations.
• Assess important DevOps domains that align with organization’s goals.
• Prioritize projects size wise and duration wise.

Strategies are vital for gaining visibility in a competitive era. DevOps itself is a combination of strategies understanding the gaps of products and processes intended to produce standard software products and services. If businesses are convinced about the need to have a DevOps strategy, they can count on reputed IT vendors who can suggest on ‘why’s and ‘how’s on DevOps. They will examine what can be automated after identifying the gaps in the existing development and operations process to improve the same. In sum, moving towards DevOps automation is advantageous for businesses.

Are You Drowning in Emails? 6 Tips to Get Out From Under

When I was a child, I loved running to the door whenever I heard the mail carrier arrived. I would stand there waiting to grab the envelopes before they were stuffed into the mailbox. I didn’t want to waste a minute.

I couldn’t wait to see if there was anything exciting or unexpected for me. Most days, admittedly, there weren’t. But, occasionally a birthday invitation or a letter from my grandma would surprise me and make my day.

Monday through Saturday, once a day, I delighted in the potential that delivery might bring.

These days, I barely notice when mail gets shoved through my door slot. If it weren’t for my dog’s barking, I wouldn’t even know it had arrived.

That rush and thrill of the unknown are now experienced innumerable times each day. All I have to do is look at my inbox. Whether at my computer, my tablet, or my phone, anywhere, anytime, “You’ve got mail” can light up the pleasure zone in my brain.

However, that trigger leads to an addictive habit-checking email regularly throughout the day. As an entrepreneur, this habit is non-productive, and a stress-inducing pattern that I have had to learn to control.

Indeed, research proves that the pleasure zone in the brain that lights up every time a gambler, alcoholic or shopaholic reaches for their fix is the same one in our brains when we check our emails. And, the more we do so, the more we have to do so, to receive that same pleasurable sensation.

Many business professionals might argue with me when I say constantly checking emails is a problem. They’ll tell me it’s convenient always to have access to emails wherever and whenever you want. And, how great it is to be instantly able to respond to customers, or get caught up on the latest industry news.

I can only tell you what the research is finding, and what I saw happening to me and so many of my clients when email became an addictive habit.

When the first thing we do each day is read our emails, even before getting out of bed, inadvertently, we hand over our day’s agenda. Most emails are requesting something from us: a response to an inquiry, a decision to purchase something, or to read the important news we think is urgent for us to know.

Rather than attending to what is most important to us and our business, we find ourselves going down the rabbit hole; we are responding, reading or looking at info that’s relevant to someone else.

Although surveys and studies indicate the average adult checks their emails approximately 15 times a day, for many, it could be way more. The Relevancy Group is a market research company which measures consumer and executive behaviors. They found 66% of online consumers check their email account multiple times per day, with 13% of online consumers checking their email hourly or more frequently. We are diving into the inbox all day, every day; it’s no wonder we feel like we are drowning in email.

With all these emails staring at us, our brains receive the subtle message that we have so much to do. Others are waiting for a response from us. It’s stressful! And time-consuming!

Respond immediately to email, and you will find you’ve turned your attention away from whatever else you were working on, or intended to work on. Don’t respond, and the pile just gets larger and larger causing us to feel out of control.

Our to-do list gets longer each time we try to attend to those unread emails. Or the ones that have been sitting in our inbox for weeks. FOMO (fear of missing out) increases, so we don’t delete. We tell ourselves we’ll get to that when we have the time.

Sometimes, we check email hoping it will direct us towards what to do with our day, rather than proactively deciding what’s the most important task we should be working on.

Or worse yet, we use email to procrastinate. When there’s something that we don’t want to do, it’s amazing what our brains can come up with to avoid doing what needs to be done. Email is such a great excuse! We tell ourselves, “I’ll just clean up the inbox first, and then get down to work.” Before you know it, hours have gone by, and now the message is, “There’s not enough time today. I’ll handle this tomorrow.”

When reading the same email we’ve looked at several times before, we are procrastinating making a decision. We’re not sure how we want to respond, or if this is necessary info we’ll need in the future, or is this item something we may want to buy. Procrastination adds to our sense of anxiety and stress.

The research shows that the more we give into this addictive email habit, the more our stress levels increase. One study out of the University of British Columbia proved the opposite-less frequent email checks made people much happier throughout the day.

So, if we could break the habit of constantly checking our emails throughout the day, we’d reduce our stress, be more productive, and be happier! To me, it seems well worth it to try and do so.

Instead of responding to emails one by one as they roll in, set aside certain times of the day (perhaps morning, afternoon and night) to tend to messages. Doing so will help you feel more in control of the flow, and you won’t be switching back and forth between different tasks all day.

Are you ready to reduce your dependency on email, lower your stress, stop procrastinating and feel more in control of your life? If so, you need to learn some very specific strategies to deal effectively with this problem.

  1. Decide on an email schedule that makes sense for your business and your lifestyle. Unless you are in customer service or another business in which responding to emails instantly is your job, almost everyone can reduce the frequency of diving into the inbox.
  2. Shut down your email program and all notifications about mail, and only have it open during the allotted times.
  3. Resist opening your email first thing in the morning. Exercise, eat a healthy breakfast, plan out the day ahead, and work on the most important project for that day for at least an hour.
  4. Develop a system to manage emails and keep your inbox relatively free. Train yourself to handle each email only once. Take care of it, delete it, delegate it, or file.
  5. Unsubscribe to all emails that you never get around to reading or you know cause you to waste time. If unsubscribing makes you uncomfortable, remind yourself that you can always resubscribe if you find yourself missing them in the future.
  6. Create a read laterfolder for the newsletters you enjoy and that bring value to your life. Move those emails immediately out of your inbox, and know when you will get to them. Clean that folder out at the end of each week. Take the time to either read or delete those you haven’t gotten to.

It took me awhile to wean myself off of constantly checking my emails and to come up with a system that works for me. Truth be told, sometimes I waiver.

But when I do, I quickly notice I am procrastinating getting important stuff done, and my stress level is increasing along with the number of emails sitting in my inbox. So, I go back to basics and follow my system.

Now, I recognize that asking you only to check your email three or four times a day initially could cause you more stress! But, once you break this addictive habit and experience how much more relaxed and accomplished life feels, you’ll be so glad you did!

How to Be a Badass Woman – 7 Steps to Re-Claim Your Life, Power and Your Body!

All the election coverage has exposed a despicable part of culture, the degradation of women. Every woman knows this in her bones, her bruises, both emotional and physical, and her self-loathing. The abasement of women is nothing new; it’s just receiving lots of attention at the moment. Let’s take this moment and create change. I don’t know about you, but I’ve had enough. Have you had enough of being under paid, under valued, and pleasing others at your expense?

Take back YOUR life!

Here are 7 steps to start:

  1. Take back your body; it’s yours

This should be obvious, but it is very insidious. Women have been treated like objects for so long, it’s encoded in our cells. We usually aren’t aware of how much our bodies are controlled by others.

Take back your body from men, they do not own your body, you own your body. Start to notice the hidden, and not so hidden, ways men want to grab your energy, power and your body. The old paradigm degradation of women is based men wanting feminine life-giving energy and power. Napoleon Hill’s classic book, “Think and Grow Rich” has a full chapter devoted to using feminine energy in business to create wealth. We have something they don’t have and they want it. In response, we shut down. The solution is to enjoy your body, take it back and use it for your own pleasure.

Start by putting yourself first. We have been programmed to take care of everyone else at our expense. It is radical but necessary to put yourself first. Start with small steps. If something doesn’t feel right, don’t do it. Your body belongs to you, no one else. It is amazing that when you take back your body you start to love it more deeply.

  1. Love yourself deeply

One way the media and other people control you is by feeding your insecurities, doubts and lack of self-worth. The more you love yourself, the less hold the media has on you.

Once you start to love yourself more deeply, the cravings to full your life with more junk start to dissolve. It’s like an addiction. You keep buying stuff to fill a gaping inner hole. Self-love helps you differentiate your real desires from the momentary satiation of trying to satisfy the inner tormentor. Your inner tormentors are created by others, and not the truth of who you are.

Love your “flaws”; they usually turn out to be your greatest gifts. When you doubt your inner and outer beauty you easily succumb to all the latest junk on the market to mold you to external standards. The parts of your body that you hate are the parts that someone else controls. Love these parts, see who or what is influencing your self-judgments. Is it your mother, the glossy magazines, or the Internet ads? Imagine these energies from other people leaving your body. Fill the cleaned inner space with your love. As you love yourself deeply you will discover ways you have given your power over to others.

  1. Claim your feminine power

Many women are afraid of their power; they don’t want to emulate powerful male models like Trump. Feminine power flows, undulates, winds through cracks, seeps to the root, nurtures the seed, and creates profound change. This power terrifies people. It travels unseen, pops up in unexpected places, and blooms into abundance and change.

Feminine power doesn’t come from brute force; it originates from an inner surrender. Dive deep inside and listen to your juicy feminine wisdom. Then take action from your resolve, inner knowing and your Truth. Beyond the linear mind, your profound wisdom resides down in your womb. Clearly revealed, your path is illuminated by your feminine essence.

  1. Speak your Truth

Learn to say no. Stop putting up with disrespectful behavior. Create boundaries of what is acceptable and what is unacceptable and stick with your convictions.

Your voice is unique. No one else in the world can put thoughts, words and concepts together like you. What you have to say is valuable. But please, don’t cast your pearls of wisdom before swine. Share your precious truth with those who honor you.

  1. Feed your desires

Is your whole body thirsting for more, not the shallow more of consumer goods, but more delight and deep satisfaction?

Feed your pleasure. Your real desires and pleasures nurture and fill you up, rather than leaving a gnawing expanding cavity filled with grabbing and craving. The old paradigm would like you to believe that pleasure is deplorable and degraded. Your desires and pleasures are your power. The truth is, your pleasure is connected to your divine essence, your brilliance and your light.

  1. Use your purchasing power

Using your purchasing power effectively changes the world. Does the stuff you’ve being told to buy really support your happiness and wellbeing? Buy what fulfills you and what is in alignment with your values. Do the products you buy support the earth or do they create more pollution and toxic waste? Your purchasing voice will create massive change in the market place. Your actions, taken collectively, have an enormous impact.

  1. Live full on.

Are you wasting your life, dredging your way through the day? Are waiting for later to live your dreams?

Be a badass and stop succumbing to external pressure to create your life according to someone else’s standards. Explore your hidden gifts and talents. Find your passions. Be bold. Be your awesome self. Live your life full on; it’s your LIFE.

Enough is enough. Let’s do this. Each tiny step you make to claim your life creates a vibrant new world.

Be a badass and take back YOUR life!

What Causes Frustrations

Frustrations are significant because these imply that you are being held back by self-imposed barriers, limitations and habits. You are the reason why you’re feeling frustrated. Your frustration can immensely hinder your progress, which can result in bleak thinking and low morale and can eventually lead to indecisiveness.

Your current frustration can also overwhelm emotions, stress, and depression. You might even find that it can lead to impatience and causes you to become more reactive and angry. Learning to manage your frustrations could lead to a whole new world of promise.

Externally your frustrations will manifest in some form of resistance. For instance you might have been making some good progress up to this point, but then suddenly something went wrong which thwarted your efforts. Even if you know that you can overcome this hurdle, you can’t control the situation that causes your grievance for not meeting your expectations resulting to frustration.

Internally your frustrations respond to perceived inadequacies, weaknesses and limitations. For example, feeling somewhat incapable handling a problem because you feel weak or inadequate in some way. You need to defeat your weaknesses and turn them into strengths. Frustration can be a fast motivator especially when something didn’t quite work as expected. It can automatically hinder your progress.

In handling this ill-feeling, it’s necessary to stay positive. Don’t be sorry. It will prevent you from seeing things clearly. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, find ways on how you can successfully control your emotions. Discipline, persistence and determination are needed to get a positive result. Don’t get disheartened or think about quitting; rather encourage yourself to think more creatively out of your shell. If you respond accordingly, you can immediately find alternatives. But if you are eaten with frustration then you will fail to make the right choices and decisions that will help you to get through this situation successfully.

Oftentimes you become frustrated because you continue to see things as you’ve always seen things. The moment frustration hits, you must immediately view the situation from a different perspective. It’s actually never helpful to attach yourself emotionally to the situation.

In my experience, frustration can at times be very overwhelming and lead to high levels of stress. This circumstance make me lose my grit. Sometimes I feel I might lose my sanity because of helplessness.

So, to avoid feeling hopeless, find ways to relax. Relaxation helps you clear your mind and move through your stumbling blocks successfully.

There were times in our lives that we feel helpless and hopeless. Let’s not be sorry because once we are eaten with our frustrations, we cannot see things in a different light.

The Media: Does The Mainstream Media Condition People To Believe That Everything Is Black And White?

When it comes to being informed about the world, it is not uncommon for someone to look towards the mainstream media. There is a strong chance that this is something that has taken place for most of their life.

They could find that the people they spend time with also have the same approach, and this can mean that they have the same outlook. For that reason, one could find that their way of looking at the world is no different to these people.

The Same Source

As they are generally going to be exposed to the same kind of information, it could be said that this is going to be normal. In fact, it can be as if the way they view the world is the only way it can be viewed.

Even so, this doesn’t mean that one will always agree with the people around them when it comes to what needs to be done, for instance. There could be times when someone else has one view and they have another.

Alternative Media

If one of their friends was to look towards another news source, they could believe that they are out of touch with reality. They can then be seen as the kind of person who believes anything.

But as they only pay attention to the mainstream media, they can believe that they have a better idea about what is actually going on around them. The other person could be seen as someone who believes in ‘conspiracy theories’.

Level Headed

Unlike this person, one is aware of what is taking place in the world, as opposed to hearing about things that have no basis in reality. However, if one has paid attention to the same source for most of their life and the people around them have generally done the same, there is going to be no reason for them to think any different.

It will be in their best interest to carry on doing the same thing, and they might feel the need to convert the other person. Or, they could simply label them as being crazy, and not bother to ask them why they listen to the alternative media.

Opening Up

If they were take the time to find out why they do this, they might soon come to see that this is someone who is aware of things that they are not. The next step might be to say that what they believe isn’t true as they haven’t heard about it.

One could then be told that they only hear about what this source wants them to know, and this could cause them to experience resistance. Upon hearing this, they might want to hear more, or they could end up shutting down.

A New Beginning

If they do want to hear more, they could find that that they will begin to hear things that are hard to believe. It could be as if most of what they know about the world is completely false, and they could start to wonder who they can believe.

But although they can experience inner unrest during this time, this can give them the ability to gain a more accurate idea of what is taking place around them. The other person can tell them where to look, or they might prefer to look for themselves.

Yet, if they don’t allow themselves to hear what has been said, it can be as if they are talking to a brick wall. It is not going to be possible for the other person to get through to them; it would be better for them to change the subject.

One’s mind is going to be closed, and it won’t matter how much evidence they have to back up what they are saying. If they told them that the sky was blue, they could still disagree with them.

Critical Thinking

What this is shows is that one is not going to be willing to question what they are told by the mainstream media. They are going to trust what they have to say and so there will be no reason for them to do this.

When it comes to what this source of information sells, it is rarely going to be necessary for one to think. This is typically the result of how the mainstream media presents what is taking place in the world.

Black And White

Instead allowing people to come to their own conclusion, they are more likely to create the impression that there are only two sides to what is taking place. And it is not going to matter what area of life they are talking about.

For example, when the time comes to have a presidential election, one candidate is often portrayed as good and another as being bad. Or if something bad has happened in the world, it can be because of what a group of people have done.

One Option

When it comes to the former, there is only going to be one candidate that people should vote for. This candidate is going to have good things said about them, and the other can only have bad things said about them.

When it comes to the latter, there is only going to be one way to deal with what is taking place. As a result of this, these people will need to be attacked, and there will be nothing else that needs to be done.

Portraying everything in this way is going to appeal to a lot of people, as there will be no need for them to think. This is going to stop them from having to use their brain, and this is naturally going to save them a lot of energy.

But while this makes life easier in the short-term, it is likely to lead to problems further down the line. If they took the time to look into what is actually going on (regardless of what the mainstream media is talking about), they are likely to see that there is far more to it.

Massage in Bucharest

Recognize it! You’re busy! And so must be! That’s what life is like! But you want more than that, you want to do more for yourself and massage can help. Because massage makes more than a simple relaxation of the mind and body. It keeps your body in shape and gives you enough energy to make you enjoy a longer life better than you do it today.

Massage releases stress. At the moment, stress is a universal evil. Every time you are late, every time you avoid a car in traffic, every time you have trouble working, stress is doing his job. Each time adrenaline increases heart rate and cortisone levels and organs respond to the measure. You will be in a state of nerves and constant agitation.
When there is no release of stress, serious problems such as an upset stomach, hypertension, sleep disturbances, chest pain, or existing illness may worsen.

Some of the changes that may occur are: Anxiety, lack of concentration, depression, permanent fatigue, muscle or bone pain, sexual dysfunction, excessive sleep or insomnia

All these stress-related problems can be diminished and some can be totally eliminated by massage. The researchers concluded that a massage session can lower heart rate and blood pressure, relax your muscles and increase endorphin production. The massage also releases serotonin and dopamine and the result is a general relaxation, both physical and mental.
Our body care must be at the top of the priorities.
By adding the massage to your routine you will look much better and you will be much healthier and relaxed. Massage can improve your vitality and mood. Massage can prepare for a long and beautiful life.

Our masseuses personalize each massage session according to the needs of the individual.
Our massage parlors offer a variety of relaxation styles and techniques to help you. Apart from relaxing, massage can be a powerful ally in reducing pain, increasing energy levels, improving mental and physical performance

We recommend : HotAngels , VipZone , JadePalace , ThaiPassion

After a massage session, you will see how the mental prospects are enriched, the body allows easier handling, better pressure resistance, relaxation and mental alertness, calm and creative thinking.
When you have the impression or force yourself to stay straight, your body is not actually aligned properly. Not only does the posture look bad, but it forces some of the muscles to go muddy all day, while others become weaker. After a long time, the incorrect position may cause other drops. For example, internal organs press on what affects digestion, breathing ability is also diminished, which means that much less blood and oxygen reaches the brain and hence all sorts of other complications.

Massage allows you to return your body to the track. Allowing the body to make healthy and accurate movements is one of the greatest benefits of massage. Massage can relax and restore muscles injured by bad posture, allowing the body to position itself in a natural, painless position.
Apart from posture, there is also anxiety. One of the signs of anxiety and stress can also be heavy breathing. When the body begins to breathe too little and deeply instead of breathing at a natural rithm, it is impossible for one to relax. One reason may also be that the chest muscles and the abdomen get tightened and the air gets harder.

Massage plays an important role in learning the body how to relax and how to improve breathing. Respiratory problems such as allergies, sinuses, asthma or bronchitis are a group of conditions that can benefit from massage. In fact, massage can have a positive impact on respiratory function.

Many of the muscles in the front and back of the upper part of the body are breathing accessory. When these muscles are tight and shorten they can block normal breathing and interrupt effective breathing natural rithm. Massage techniques for stretching and relaxing these muscles improves breathing function and breathability. Massage leads to an opening of the chest as well as structural alignment and nerve dilatation that are required for optimal pulmonary function. A good way to treat respiratory problems with massage is the taping made in Swedish massage. When done on the back, along with vibrations, it can detach the mucus from the lungs and can clean the airways for better later function.

Massage not only relaxes muscles, but helps people become aware of daily stress levels. Once the body recognizes what really means relaxation, the mind can rest easily relax before the stress becomes cornice and harmful. This will help you enjoy a balanced life. Massage controls breathing, allows the mind to re-create relaxation before the occurrence of chronic and harmful stress and increases the level of energy.
